The Geneva International Motor Show has begun at the Palexpo Convention Center in Geneva, Switzerland. The Geneva Motor Show and will go on till March 17, 2019. This year the Geneva Motor Show has a lot to offer in the EV world. We’ve got to see some fresh EVs like the Pininfarina Automobili Battista, Mercedes EQ series.
Pininfarina Automobili Battista
At the 2019 Geneva Motor Show, the world was finally introduced to the first product from Automobili Pininfarina – the Battista. The Mahindra Group-owned German performance and luxury EV maker. The Battista is an all-electric hypercar. Only 150 Pininfarina Automobili Battista will be made and sold at $2 million. The Battista – electric hypercar can reach 0-100kph in under 2 seconds.
Aston Martin Lagonda All-Terrain Concept
The original Lagonda was made and sold by Aston Martin between 1974 and 1990. The name returned last year in the form of Aston Martin’s insane luxury limousine. This year, Aston Martin Lagonda All-Terrain concept is a massive SUV with 21-inch wheels. The Super GT variant of this all-electric SUV throws out 715 horsepower.
Imagine by Kia
Imagine by Kia is a four-door crossover SUV has 21 smartphones like devices on the dashboard. This cool new concept also sports Kia’s new logo and a lighted tiger mask around its headlamps.
Mercedes is pushing ahead with the development of its EQ series. The EQV is its latest offering with a 100 kWh lithium-ion battery. It has a maximum range of 400 kilometers and a top speed of 160 kilometers per hour. Its rapid charging can give 100 kilometers of range in just 15 minutes of charge.
Skoda Vision iV
Skoda unveiled the Vision iV four-door crossover-coupé. The Vision iV sports an athletic build with 22-inch wheels. The car has two electric motors which produce 306 horsepower. The Skoda Vision iV can go from 0–100 kilometers per hour in 5.9 seconds and a top speed of 180 kilometers per hour. The Skoda Vision iV range can go up to 500 kilometers on a single charge.
